Happy New Year! We hoped things would be different but here we are again!
Following the recent developments regarding the latest Government advice re COVID-19 we’d like to give you an update about the support we are able to offer you during this period of uncertainty.
The business is still very much operational whilst we are adhering to government guidelines, with a number of staff now utilising home working. We are continually working hard to minimise the disruption to our customers, while ensuring the safety of our staff, suppliers and customers.
We will continue to operate a skeleton staff at our depots with no internal access to customers, our aim is to ensure anything you normally source from us we will continue to supply to the best of our ability.
PARTS
We are busy processing parts deliveries in and out and have good stock availability. These can be ordered online, via email or over the telephone and subject to availability we will send these out by Fed-Ex who have confirmed to us they are operating a normal contractual service.
Parts can also be ordered then collected from our external contact free collection bins located at both our Colne and Haydock depots.
SERVICE AND REPAIR – OPEN BY APPOINTMENT
Our Service department continues to operate as normal as possible in a COVID secure manner, so if you’ve not already done so, book your machine service and get ready for the upcoming season
SALES DEPARTMENT – VIRTUALLY OPEN
Our Sales Teams are available by telephone or email. We have a good range of machinery in stock, so please get in contact to discuss your requirements.

DEMONSTRATIONS
We are happy to provide socially distanced demonstrations, where this isn’t possible we have a wealth of online videos available on our YouTube Channel showing many of our products in action.

MACHINERY HIRE – DELIVERY & COLLECTION AS NORMAL
Our Hire division has an excellent range of machines available, so if there is a machine you need then please contact our team to discuss further. We are also operating our delivery and collection service where safe to do so.
